RSSAsus has released a new line of Eee Pcs to add to their arsenal, the Eee Pc 1005Pe line. Asus has announced that the Eee Pc 1005Pe line will have several variants. Asus aims to target the funds known population with this line of netbooks, to contribute them with cheap and reliable netbooks to own. One of the variants that caught our eyes is the Eee Pc Seashell 1005Pe-Mu17 model. So how cheap is the Asus Eee Pc Seashell 1005Pe-Mu17? It comes with a price tag of just 4.99. Now, that is cheap right?

Just like the higher priced Asus Eee Pc Seashell 1005Pe-Pu17 variant, the 1005-Mu17 has practically all the same features and specifications. The Asus Eee Pc Seashell 1005Pe-Mu17 has a few minor negative points; one is the resolution which is only at 1024x600. It would be better if Asus improves it to 1366X768 resolution. The webcamera is mediocre it gives off good of pixelated images on yahoo messenger. Other than those minor problems the netbook is right on the mark.
