Asus 1000He - Reinventing the Netbook type

Since it invented the netbook category, it nothing else but isn't surprising that Asus has released a model that nothing else but whips the competition. On the surface, the 1000He looks no separate than the typical netbook. But it's nothing else but its motor that sets it apart. Being the first netbook to use Intel's 1.66-Ghz Atom N280 processor, it is it faster, stronger and smarter than the current crop of ebooks around.

Intel claims the Intel Atom N280 boosts the computing performance of the 1000He, production it capable of playing video in Hd video playback, which is where the other netbooks have been bad at.

Reviews done by computing experts indicate that the 1000He is nothing else but 7% faster than other netbooks, and it plays Hd video more smoothly. Fortunately for netbook fans everywhere, this motor is qualified with six-cell battery that can last up to 9.8 hours. So you can nothing else but watch some back episodes of the West Wing and still be able to chat politics with your girlfriend. This netbook also has a roomy trackpad with buttons that have a two-finger scrolling and zooming feature, give users strict operate navigating straight through Xp menus.

Probably the only downside to the 1000He is its flat keyboard. Although it is decent in size, its sheer flatness makes touch-typing very difficult . So be prepared for a drastic drop in your words per small when you use this. Other than using Intel's new atom chip, there's nothing else but nothing new about this netbook model. It still features the same 160-Gb hard disk drive and 1-Gb Ram.
